Nicola started the firm in the winter of 2012 and has owned and managed it since. Being a notary and conveyancer, she is the head of the conveyancing department.

Raised in Kirkwood, a small farming community, she understands the importance of giving personal attention to clients request and understanding that everyone is important, no matter how big or small.

She successfully completed a degree in Law and well as Accounting at the prestigious University of Stellenbosch in only 5 years. The combination of Law and Accounting was the perfect match to be able to manage her own business.

Being supported by a family, all alumni in areas of business and law, she knew from a young age that when it comes to being an entrepreneur, the opportunities are endless and the field of Property Law made that possible.

Nicola has over the years put together one of the best legal teams in Port Elizabeth. Dedicated and experienced, she and her team always deliver excellent service.

Kobie is in charge of the Labour and Mediation Department of the Firm and has been acting as a consultant for the firm since the doors opened.

Kobie obtained a commercial and honour’s degree in Business Psychology at the University of Stellenbosch. He also holds a B.Prok degree in Law from the then University of Port Elizabeth.

With over 30 years of practical work experience in several successful business ventures, including acting as a director of a manufacturing company and a senior partner in a commercial farming export business, Kobie is a crucial part of the firm’s planning.
